Delivery and payment
Orderconfirmation
When you accept your order a confirmation will be sent to your e-mailaddress. After packing and sending your order you will also recieve a confirmation.
Deliverycharges
Deliverycharge depends on where in the world the package will be sent to.
Deliverytimes
The estimated time for delivery is 2 to 4 weeks outside Sweden.
Exchange the products
You can return or change an item whitin 14 days. You pay for the return deliviery charge yourself.
Damaged goods
In case you recieve damaged goods or find other faults on the items we refer to the Swedish customer/consumerlaw. Please contact us directly at info@emylittle.se if there is a problem with your order.
Let us know your complaints within 14 days. EmyLittle will pay for the return delivery. IMPORTANT! Save the reciept on the return delivery.
In case of a dispute
In case of a dispute we follow the recomendations from the Swedish Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).
Goods damaged in transport
If you find that your package is damaged in any way you'll report this directly to the deliverycompany on recieving the package. Should you not notice the damage until unpacking, please notify us at info@emylittle.se.
